Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-day EU withdrawal period
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As with our standard return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a refund. Refunds are not valid if more than 14 days have passed since you received the item.

1. To return the item, it must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, tagged, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Photos of the item may be needed for your return.

2. We reserve the right to deny a return request if misuse is suspected.

3. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return label and shipping fees back to our address in China.

4. Returned items are not accepted without prior return request approval.

5. We may choose to deny your refund request if the returned product is not in its original condition.

Orders Not Received

In some cases, orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs inspection). We can process a refund upon request if more than 60 days have passed. Once your order has shipped, we cannot issue a refund unless 60 days have passed.

Order Cancellation / Update

For orders placed in error, you have up to 2 hours from the time the order was placed to email us and request a cancellation. After 2 hours, we cannot cancel your order.

If you placed an incorrect order and wish to change the size or color, we will try to contact our shipping provider, but cannot guarantee changes if the order has already shipped.

Disputes

If the customer opens a dispute against us (via credit card or PayPal), they automatically lose access to our customer service. Post-purchase service will cease immediately. Refund, return, and exchange requests will no longer be valid, and the case will be referred to the payment provider.
